Dr. Dawn received her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Toronto in 2007. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Clinic Honours in 2012.
Dr. Dawn is a life-long learner who enjoys acquiring new knowledge and skills to help her patients. She is trained in Diversified Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation. She has attained certification in Graston Technique, Kinesiotaping, Shockwave therapy and Functional Dry Needling. Having suffered from headaches for many years herself, Dr. Dawn has a special interest in diagnosing and treating headaches and neck pain disorders. She has been a guest speaker at the Running Room and enjoys working with runners and other athletes of all levels and helping them work towards their unique goals.
She also has a specialist interest in treating patients with chronic pain and in 2025 she completed a graduate certificate program in Pain Management and Rehabilitation at University of Alberta with emphasis on the management of chronic pain conditions. Her unique skill set and emphasis on evidence-based care helps her to effectively treat a diverse patient population and a wide array of neuromusculosketetal conditions affecting the spine and extremities.
When she is not helping her patients, Dr. Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and their daughter Maddie. They love camping in the summer in their 1972 Beachcomber and attending music festivals. She loves listening to true crime podcasts and rock-star biographies while out walking or at the gym.
